Conditions for returns
For Products to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

Gifts
If the Products were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the Products were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the giftee received the order to deliver to You later, We will issue a refund to the giftee.
